I'm Renee Buckley, owner and operator of Bella and Me Pet Sitting Services. It is my sincere pleasure to welcome you to my humble web site; I trust that you're here to learn more about me and my services.

The site is still under construction, as I'm rather new to the "web world," so please bear with me as I work to improve it and add information.

In the meantime, here's a little bit of information about myself, my goals, and my services. If you have any questions, or would like to schedule me to watch your pets, feel free to call me or e-mail me. I'm very flexible and will work with you to make sure that your pets are well cared for while you're away.

ABOUT ME

After graduating from college, I worked for one of our area's largest local banks, first as a Financial Support Specialist, then as an Executive Staff Officer. I enjoyed the work, but soon realized that a "desk job" just wasn't for me.

After a lot of careful consideration, I decided to start my own business as a pet sitter. I've always loved animals, and I enjoy helping people, so the decision was rather easy.

I live in the Fayetteville area with my husband and our dog, Bella. I'm extremely reliable and trustworthy (my bank job and bonded status should help reinforce this), and will provide excellent care to your pets.

My company is bonded, insured, and owner operated. I provide custom, client designed care for your pets in YOUR home.

SERVICES

Bella and Me offers pet sitting, house sitting, and daily dog walks while you're away from your home. I can visit several times per day, and will:

• Provide loving care
• Walk (or otherwise exercise) your pet(s)
• Play with your pet(s)
• Provide fresh water (refill water bowl)
• Feed your pets per your requirements and schedule
• Give medications, vitamins, and other special care
• Brush or groom your pets as necessary
• Scoop litter boxes and clean-up any accidents
• Arrange for medical treatment in case of an illness

All of my services are completely flexible, and can be customized to meet your specific needs. For example, you might also like for me to collect your mail, bring in your newspapers, water some plants, and so on.

Bella and Me provides pet sitting services to most small animals, including: dogs, cats, birds, and fish. I'm not able to provide services to reptiles, as I'm not familiar with their specific needs.

When you contact me, I'll arrange for a free visit to your home to:

• Meet you and your pets
• Get detailed information about caring for your pets and home
• Decide how often to visit, and the type of services you require
• Complete a service agreement
• Pick up a door key

Please note that while I make every effort to accommodate your requests and reservations, a 48-hour advanced notice is appreciated when scheduling service. This will allow me time to meet with you and to obtain the necessary information to provide quality, loving care for your pets.

All home visits will be performed between 6:00am and 10:00pm, seven days a week. When you schedule multiple visits per day, I will evenly space the visits.

RATES & SERVICE AREA

Service rates are flexible as well, but are generally as follows:

• 20-minute visit: $16.00
• 3 visits per day: $45.00/day
• 1-hour visit: $40.00

Obviously, the times are approximate, and are based on you having one or two pets. If you have more than two pets, we'll adjust the rates and times accordingly. I don't count birds or fish as part of the total pet count.

As mentioned, I am extremely flexible and can customize a program to suit your needs. Please don't hesitate to call or e-mail me so that we can design a program specifically for you and your pets.

I provide service to the Fayetteville and surrounding areas, including: Farmington, Johnson, Springdale, and Greenland. Generally speaking, my service area is any location within 15 miles of central Fayetteville. Call or e-mail me with questions.

REQUIREMENTS, SECURITY & PRIVACY

Bella and Me makes the following requirements of all pet parents:

• New clients: advanced notice of 3-5 days
• An initial in-home visit to meet you and your pets
• A signed contract and service agreement, including specific instructions that outline the care requirements for your pets
• Door key (I can't rely on door openers or codes)
• Contact information for you while you're away
• Contact information for your veterinarian, and a signed veterinarian release authorizing medical care for your animals in your absence
• All food, collars, ID, leashes, treats, toys, etc. necessary to care for your pets and property
• Knowledge of ANY other person with access to your home during our service dates

Your privacy and safety are a primary concern of mine. I carefully guard your keys, codes, and personal information at all times. I do not store any of your information on my web site - any and all data is stored securely, off-line.

I will lock all doors upon entering and exiting your home. My safety and the safety of your pets (and security of your home) requires that I do not use hidden keys or rely on garage door openers.

I request that you not leave sliding glass doors or windows open while you're away - your pets can escape from these, and malicious people can easily gain access to your home via an open or unlocked window or sliding glass door.

I will never share, rent, sell, or distribute your e-mail, home address, or telephone numbers. I respect your privacy and will not compromise your privacy in any way.
